- All Pets Must have current vaccination.
- Owner must have submitted written proof that their pet(s) received the vaccinations.
- All Pets must be good health and have not been ill with a communication condition in the last 30 days. We are not responsible for any kind of internal diseases like depression, infections, kidney fail, heart attack, distemper, sudden death, flu etc.
- The pet must have an efficient flea treatment before its stay.
- All pet must be non-aggressive for our social program. Owner will need to be certify that their pat(s) have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other pet(s). Please remember that your pet will be spending time with other pets and their safety and health is our main concern.
- Payment should be done in advance via cash and online payment also acceptable.
- All guests will be charged the daily rate when picked up after 12:00 noon.
- Timing are as follows (Monday to Friday from (8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M), Saturday from (9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M) and Sunday from (12:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M). Charges begin the day of arrival and daily charges apply for all guests after 12:00 noon.
